The Natural Line range occupies a very special place within Hahnemühle's Digital FineArt Collection. With Bamboo, Hemp, and Agave papers, the Natural Line offers a collection of FineArt Inkjet papers based on unconventional raw materials.
The plants from which the cellulose for these papers is obtained grow quickly and do not require the use of pesticides for their cultivation. Thanks to their accelerated growth, they are able to provide more cellulose in the same planting area than other crops, besides requiring less water. This allows for greater respect for natural resources and contributes to environmental protection.
The new FineArt Inkjet papers in the Natural Line range are another step in Hahnemühle's commitment to increasing sustainability and being more careful with our resources. As part of the Green Rooster initiative, this range promotes various projects for environmental protection at regional and international levels.

The Hahnemühle Agave 290 gsm paper completes the Natural Line range and is a FineArt Inkjet paper based on agave fibers. These fibers, also known as sisal fibers, constitute 70% of the base material of this FineArt Inkjet paper, a particularly environmentally friendly paper, free of optical brighteners. It stands out for its natural white tone. Its surface has a slightly rough texture which gives prints an extraordinary sense of depth and gives the paper a delightfully soft feel. Its Premium inkjet layer ensures excellent print results with extraordinary color reproduction, great sharpness, very deep blacks, and optimal contrasts. Hahnemühle Agave is acid and lignin-free and meets the most stringent requirements for age resistance in accordance with ISO9706. Agave paper is created by combining special fiber raw materials, which gives it a natural light white color and a homogeneous surface structure, thus maintaining the high print quality ideal for our papers. The result is an exclusive FineArt inkjet paper for versatile use.
