The Epson SureColor SC-P5300 printer: Easy to use

The SC-P5300 offers a wealth of user-friendly features that are practical and time-saving. Highly intuitive features range from a 4.3-inch color LCD touchscreen to Epson Cloud Solution PORT (ECSP) for efficient production planning, print job management, and structured support for your fleet of printers.
It is easy to use because the Epson SC-P5300 printer combines the new 10-channel MicroPiezo printhead, extensive media support, and a new set of ten UltraChrome PRO10 inks to consistently deliver exhibition-quality prints.
The new printhead and the new set of inks enhance the performance of the SC-P5300: The SureColor SC-P5300's new 10-channel MicroPiezo AMC printhead features dedicated channels for Matte Black and Photo Black ink, a 1.5-picoliter drop size for the highest photographic quality, and an ink-repellent coating to reduce nozzle clogs.
Furthermore, the new 10-color UltraChrome PRO10 pigment ink set features a new violet ink to achieve an expanded gamut of blue tones, and has dedicated channels for Matte Black and Photo Black ink, saving time and ink costs since there is no need to swap inks; in addition, it has a lightfastness of up to 200 years in color and up to 400 years in black and white.

The SC-P5300 plotter features Black Enhance Overcoat (BEO) technology:

Black Enhance Overcoat is synonymous with deeper blacks, higher contrast, tonality, and reduced bronzing on glossy photo paper. It works simply by applying an LGY (Light Gray) ink coating to dark areas, which is selected from the driver.
This maximum quality printing mode with a resolution of 5760x1440 is called Carbon Black, designed for customers who want a deeper black than that offered by standard maximum quality printing.
Using this technique or print mode, a deeper black can be achieved by printing with very small, 1.5-picoliter ink droplets, in addition to the Black Enhance Overcoat.

Versatile media handling:
Includes a built-in roll support with an automatic cutter for efficient roll production, a high-capacity sheet cassette of up to 17x22 inches for increased productivity, and another completely straight manual paper feed for thick fine art papers.
Prints on rigid cardstock up to 1.5 mm thick, thanks to its front flat paper feed. Additionally, this plotter allows for four-sided borderless printing on both sheets and rolls.

Intuitive operation and improved connectivity:
This new plotter model includes a larger user interface panel with a 4.3" LCD, allowing for easy setup, control, and maintenance of the printer by the user. Connectivity improvements include Gigabit Ethernet, SuperSpeed USB 3.0, and WiFi 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.
