Este barniz ha sido diseñado especialmente para los Canvas Hahnemühle by Hahnemühle, aumentando la resistencia a la luz y haciendo que sus superficies sean más resistentes al agua. Este barniz de secado rápido, es un producto listo para su aplicación, se puede aplicar fácilmente con un rodillo de espuma.
El barniz Hahnemühle está fabricado a base de agua, por lo que añade contraste a los negros y aumenta el colorido de las tintas pigmentadas y UltraChrome. Además protege los colores de la decoloración. El barniz también protegerá sus cuadros contra la aparición de grietas y parasitos en ambientes con alta humedad. El barniz no deja más que una capa transparente después de su aplicación.
El barniz Hahnemühle está disponible en tres acabados diferentes: mate, satinado y brillante.
