The new series of SureColor SC-R5000L printers incorporating resin inks is designed to solve the challenges faced by all those companies that require the production of a wide variety of signage jobs with excellent quality results, thanks to the experience that Epson has projected into the SureColor SC-R5000L printer in terms of innovation in digital imaging, diversity of supported materials, and color management control, all while being environmentally friendly.
Main features of the Epson SureColor SC-R5000L Plotter
This Epson SureColor SC-R5000L plotter benefits from innovations introduced in the eco-solvent and sublimation printer ranges, highlighting exceptional print performance and precise temperature control, which ensures consistent color from side to side and from top to bottom. To achieve this, the plotter features three independent heating stations (pre-heating / platen / post-heating) to ensure color uniformity and facilitate material handling.
The use of resin inks and the more efficient drying and curing process allows for same-day lamination and delivery, so users can reduce their turnaround times. Epson's latest generation PrecisionCore Micro TFP printhead enables the production of precise colors and can be easily replaced by the operator themselves if required, boosting productivity and production rates.
Additionally, it features the Advanced Auto Tension Control (Ad-ATC) function to provide the high-precision dimensional stability required for delicate assembly work such as window displays and large-scale wall tiling.
The new 6-color UltraChrome RS ink pack is completely odorless and is based on water-based resin inks, making it ideal for use in any type of environment such as schools, hospitals, hotels, and interiors of any type of building. The solution with integrated ink tanks features the option of 1.5-liter ink pouches for medium print volumes in the SC-R5000 model and a set of two replaceable ink packs without the need to stop the machine for high print volumes, available for the SC-R5000L.
