The Color Briefcase functionality of EIZO's proprietary Screen InStyle software allows you to effortlessly maintain your individual display preferences and take them with you, even to different monitors. Your settings are applied automatically simply by connecting your laptop to a Screen InStyle-compatible monitor. This is useful in hot-desking or shared workspace environments, as it provides greater comfort and work efficiency.

To prevent eye strain, a brightness sensor called Auto EcoView detects changes in ambient brightness that occur throughout the day and automatically adjusts the screen to the ideal brightness level.

The monitor uses an LED-backlit IPS LCD panel with a 178° viewing angle that minimizes color shift and contrast changes when viewing the screen at an angle. This means that two people sitting at the same computer can easily view the screen with high image quality.

Reduces blue light by 80%

In the visible light spectrum, blue light has wavelengths adjacent to ultraviolet light. Compared to the factory default setting of 6500 K on typical LCD monitors, Paper Mode is closer to the spectral distribution with long reddish wavelengths, thus reducing the amount of blue light—a cause of eye fatigue—and helping to prevent visual fatigue when reading documents. When used in conjunction with the Auto EcoView dimming function, blue light can be reduced by up to 80%.

Due to the way brightness is controlled in LED backlights, a small number of people perceive flicker on their screen that causes eye strain. The FlexScan EV2360 uses a hybrid solution to regulate brightness and make flickering unnoticeable without drawbacks such as compromising color stability, even at low brightness settings.
